COMMERCIAL TENANT CONSTRUCTION

Mike Schultz, President, established Commercial Tenant Construction, Co. (CTC) in June of 1992. Since that time, CTC has provided a full line of general contracting services to building owners, property managers, leasing agents, architects and end users through out the Houston area.

CTC specializes in tenant construction and remodeling in high-rise buildings, office warehouses and retail establishments. Working under an open shop concept CTC employs a full staff of quality craftsman. These men are skilled in all facets of construction, enabling CTC to respond immediately to all projects both large and small. Work completed with in house crews includes drywall, acoustical ceilings and millwork.
