Mike Schultz, president and project manager for Commercial Tenant Construction Co., has 26 years experience in the construction industry in the Houston market. As president he brings a wide range of experience to the firm. 

While attending college, he began his construction career as a project foreman and general superintendent. After graduation he became general manager of a local commercial construction company and established his own firm, Commercial Tenant Construction, Co., in 1992.

Mr. Schultz believes that a contractor’s goal is to support the clients efforts by providing competitive pricing, professional project management and addressing problem areas head on before they become too large to handle effectively. He is
dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with clients and promotes a team concept with them.

Mr. Schultz is proficient in proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, budget preparations and cost analysis. In addition, he is a skilled negotiator working 
effectively with owners, managers, subcontractors and field personnel.

Mr. Schultz has managed over $104 million dollars in construction and has the skills essential to work collectively with the architect and client to complete all 
projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
